Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan 

announces the pre-qualification process for 

TENDER No. CNPCIT-2023SC1

 for the sale of gas condensate with a minimal annual production volume

of 75,000 tons, produced in the Bagtyyarlyk Contractual Territory 

Any company interested in this tender can apply for participation, presenting the following information and documents: 

- application for participation in the tender on the company’s letterhead signed by the head of the company;

- information on the company, indicating the name and the country of the registration of the company, its legal and bank details and contact information; 

- the registration certificate of the company, the company’s power of attorney to an authorized representative for the right to submit and accept the given document;

-  experience in providing similar services;

- supporting documents on experience in the sale and purchase of condensate or similar oil products for the last 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2021);

- supporting documents on financial statements for the last 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2021);

 -  business relations with final consumers, in particular oil refineries in the region; 

   Local companies shall provide a copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. 

Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be developed in the English and Russian languages and presented in two hermetically sealed envelopes, certified by the seal and signature of the representative. Outside, a cover letter and a power of attorney of the representative with a copy of the passport shall be attached. The name of the addressee and the sender and the name of the tender shall be indicated on the envelope.

Proposals submitted by e-mail and after the specified deadline, will not be accepted.
