You are invited to the Department of EER of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries at the address: Turkmenistan, Balkan region, Turkmenbashi city to:
- submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers.
- read the “Rules for tendering for the selection of contractors for work and services for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan”.
- get the terms of reference.

- receive a package of tender documents by paying $ 575 per lot.
An account for the transfer of funds will be indicated upon submission of a written application.
Tender proposals should be sent to the Department of ERR of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries at the address: Turkmenistan, Balkan region, Turkmenbashi city, TCOR and accepted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication to 17: 00 local time.
Packages with tender proposals must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement, and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds in the account.
Tender proposal in sealed two envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope should contain a commercial offer with calculations and justification of the proposed cost of work and services.
