The “Khazar” consortium, consisting of the Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) CJSC and “Mitro International Limited”, operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement in relation to the “Khazar” Contract Area (East Cheleken field), conducts marketing survey for the purchase of a waterproofing mixture for wells located at the “East Cheleken” field according to the following Application:

Application No. 2 dated September 22, 2020 - Insulating composition VIS-1 (Grade U) for a bottomhole temperature of 60 ° C (TU 2484-087-17197708-2004 rev. 1) in the amount of 40 tons.

To participate in the tender and receive the terms of the tender within ten calendar days (until 18-00 local time) from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, you must:

1. Prepare an applicant's request for participation in the marketing survey (in any form on an official letterhead signed by authorized persons and certified by the company seal with contact information and e-mail addresses) and send to the following e-mail addresses.
