China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-23055-SR on Maintenance of corrosion of detection on «Bagtyyarlyk» Contract Territory.

           Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for participation. The application for tender participation shall include the following documents:

1. Application for participation in the tender.

2. Brief information about the company indicating the main activities/business, the full name of the company and the legal status, structure and organization. Information about the local registration and licensing of the company.

3. The financial condition of the company for the last 3 years, as well as certified and certified financial statements for the last 3 years.

4.  Location and current status of the provided tools and equipment for performing this service.

5. A copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan.

6. Experience in implementing similar projects over the past 3 years.

7. Provide a full company profile, business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other materials.

8. A letter of commitment signed by a legal representative or an authorized representative and sealed with an official seal promising not to suspend the license or revoke it, not to undergo liquidation procedures, not to be declared bankrupt or otherwise unable to fulfill contractual conditions.

      Deadline for submission of applications within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents which arrived after deadline and by e-mail will not be accepted.

       Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be provided in sealed stamped packages with the signed cover letter. (in quantity of 2 copies and the scanned version of the document also has to be without fail enclosed). Please specify the name of the addressee, sender, number and the name of the tender on cover of package.
