China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender № CIT-23063 SR on Provision of «WIRELINE LOGGING SERVICES» in the Bagtyjarlyk Contractual Area, Lebap velayat, Turkmenistan. 

           Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for participation. The application for tender participation shall include the following documents:

• Application on participation in Tender.
• Brief introduction about company with background, main activity/business, legal status, Company registration and licensing information.
• Brief information describing wireline logging experience in the oil and gas industry on the international market or on the territory of Turkmenistan;
• Brief information describing work experience and reputation in the Bagtyyarlyk Contractual Territory (if any);
• Confirmation letter that the advanced equipment (surface and down hole equipment and other equivalent logging tools) planned for use in this tender was manufactured in/after 2012;
• Provision the certificate of Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
• HSE Policy & Records for the last five years;

      Deadline for submission of applications within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents which arrived after deadline and by e-mail will not be accepted.

       Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be provided in sealed stamped packages with the signed cover letter. (in quantity of 2 copies and the scanned version of the document also has to be without fail enclosed). Please specify the name of the addressee, sender, number and the name of the tender on cover of package.
