The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces TENDER for the purchase of 3 (three) sets of SRP units with a hydraulic drive from global manufacturers, complete with surface equipment, for their introduction into the wells of the Eastern Cheleken field and maintenance of a sucker rod pump unit with a SRP hydraulic drive under the following Lot: 

Lot No. 1. 3 (three) sets of SRP units with a hydraulic drive complete with surface equipment and maintenance of a sucker rod pump unit with a SRP hydraulic drive in the Eastern Cheleken field.

To participate in the tender and to receive the terms of the tender within ten calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of the publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, you should do the following: 

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.
