Chinese President Xi Jinping stated his readiness to maintain close contacts with the President of Turkmenistan to promote the “One Belt, One Road” and “Revival of the Great Silk Road” projects, as well as to deepen energy partnership in a congratulatory message addressed to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of his birthday.

“Mr. President, on the occasion of your birthday, I express my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to you,” says Xi Jinping’s message to Serdar Berdimuhamedov, published today in the leading media of Turkmenistan.
