President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Thursday held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, at which current tasks of the country’s socio-economic development, drafts of a number of documents, as well as other issues were discussed.

 During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the measures being taken to overhaul equipment at gas compressor stations of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.  Carrying out this work at the relevant facilities is intended to facilitate an uninterrupted and reliable supply of natural gas to consumers.

 Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of improving the logistics of gas compressor installations of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.  In this context, the Vice-Chairman was instructed to keep the progress of capital repairs of facilities under strict control.
