Thirteen transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye and Singapore purchased technical-grade sulfur produced by the Türkmengaz State Concern for foreign currency.
Additionally, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye and Azerbaijan purchased cotton fiber, cotton yarn and fabrics and cotton waste, using foreign currency.
The total value of export transactions exceeded 145 million 11 thousand US dollars.
It is worth noting that technical-grade sulfur produced by the Türkmengaz State Concern is used in key industrial and construction sectors. This product finds wide application in the chemical and construction industries, agriculture and other fields. Technical-grade sulfur serves as an important component in the production of sulfuric acid, sulfur concrete, mineral fertilizers, polymer materials, synthetic fibers and other goods.
