Niyazmurat Ilamanov, who has spent fifty-two years working within the Balkangazüpjünçilik Directorate of the Türkmengaz State Concern, began his career immediately after graduating from Secondary School No. 9 in the city of Balkanabat. He started as a worker at what was then the Gas Utility Directorate of Nebitdag (now Balkanabat). While continuing his regular work, he enrolled in the Nebitdag branch of the I.M. Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry, graduating successfully in 1982.
“Wherever Foreman Niyazmurat goes, there are no unsolvable problems. This is because he approaches every task he undertakes with exceptional diligence. The work he performs, his impeccable conduct among his colleagues and the subtle, tireless and patient way he passes on his knowledge to the younger generation serve as a true masterclass in professional excellence for us,” Yagshymurad Ashirov, Chairman of the Balkangazüpjünçilik Directorate’s primary trade union organization, says with pride.
