China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-24056-SR on service on capital repair of the compressor installations of GCS on PD block “A” on «Bagtiyarlyk» Contract Territory.

Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender, which must include the following documents and information:

1. Application for participation in the tender.

2. Company Profile

3. Company registration law and licensing information

4. Financial Status for 2021-2023

4.1 Financial Profit and Loss Status

4.2 Willingness to provide a tender guarantee

5.Provide certificate of the past five years of a completed project in the oil and gas industry.

6. Provide certification of complete registered capital and audited financial reports for the last three years.

7. A letter of commitment signed by the legal representative or authorized representative and affixed with the official seal, to promise the company is in situation of no suspending or revoking of the license; not to be under of liquidation procedures, to be declared bankrupt, or to be otherwise incapable of performing contracts.

8. Authorized maintenance qualifications from Waukesha and Ariel manufacturers，and experience in major repairs and repairs of Waukesha engines and Ariel compressors.

Deadline for submission of applications within 7 (seven) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Pre-qualification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and English, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (in the amount of 2 copies and must be included in a scanned version of the document in full).
