China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-24085-SR “Provision of Acidizing and acid fracturing services in 2025 & 2027”

Necessary equipment and personnel for services:

1.    Various Stimulation pumps, manifolds, Real-Time Data Acquire & Monitoring System, transportation vehicles for materials, equipment and personal, Acid Fluid Mixing & Transfer System, laboratory for chemical compounds, WE, tubing, completion tools and others

2.    A highly qualified team/crew to perform services on gas fields with HPHT and the content of aggressive compounds.

Any company who is interested in this tender can apply for participation. The application for tender participation shall include the following documents:

1.    Official application on participation in Tender with stamp and manager signature on.

2.    Brief introduction about company with background, full name of company, structure and legal status.

3.    Registration documents of applier company.

4.    Financial reports for last 3 years approved by Audit checking.

5.    Experience on provision of Acidizing and Acid Fracturing services for the last 3 years.

6.    Availability of necessary equipment, current condition and location.

7.    A copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

        Deadline for submission of applications within ten (10) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

       Pre-qualification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and Russian languages, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (2 paper copies and fully scanned version of document required). On the envelope must be printed name of receiver, name of sender, number and name of tender.
