The Hazar Consortium, consisting of CJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company (NaPeCo) and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), conducts a marketing survey for the purchase of equipment and materials for use at the ACOTS according to the following Application: 

Application No. 293 dated January 30, 2025 – Self-regulating heating cable – 500 m, Lithium-ion batteries – 20 pcs., Electronic portable level measuring tape – 2 pcs., Pipe bender – 1 set, Thermal imager – 1 pc., Paronite PON-B sheet – 140 kg., WD-40 in cans – 50 pcs., Lever-plunger grease gun – 3 pcs., Oil and petrol resistant rubber sealing rings – 1 set, Oil and petrol resistant sheet rubber – 1 set, Spiral-wound round metal gasket – 1 set, Self-vulcanizing insulating tape – 3 kg., Hydraulic hand press – 1 pc. 

To participate in the marketing survey, within thirty calendar days from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT, you need to do the following: 

1. To develop an applicant’s request for participation in a marketing survey indicating the application number (in any form on an official letterhead signed by authorized persons and stamped with the company’s seal indicating contact information and email addresses) and to send it to the following email addresses. 

2. To be registered in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and to provide a copy of the certificate. 

The provision of clarifying information, the familiarization with the content of the Application and the receipt of Applications are carried out at the following address:
