The Turkmen leader spoke as an honorary guest at the informal Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States (Turkic Council), held on March 31 via videoconference.

"Turkmenistan has proposed to establish negotiations on global energy security within the framework of international organizations, especially at the UN level," the President said. - The relevant resolutions in this area have gained the support of the UN General Assembly. The Turkmen side invites the states interested in creating a system of universal energy security to take an active part in this matter.
