In the year that passes under the motto «Epoch of people with Arkadag», the team of professionals of the mechanical repair plant of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» does not stop there – the plant increases the volume of output, masters the production of new products.
The technical enterprise, equipped with modern equipment and installations, allows to carry out a wide range of work on the manufacture of spare parts, repair and restoration of equipment, performs installation, adjustment and other types of work.
The enterprise has a strong production and personnel potential. The amount of repair and mechanical work performed here is 735,000 manats monthly. Engineering and technical workers, as well as qualified specialists, repair pumps of various capacities, equipment and instruments used in exploration and geological work and give them a «second wind».
The enterprise is equipped with more than 100 types of equipment and is constantly being improved: new types of products are mastered, technologies are studied and introduced that make it possible to increase the wear resistance of manufactured spare parts, and the production and technological base is continuously updated.
It should be noted that young people make up about half of the total number of employees of the enterprise. The experience gained from mentors allows the company's team to perform the most voluminous and complex tasks efficiently and on time.
