China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-22092-SR on Provision of EPCC for  Ilj-101D well crude oil pretreatment facilities of west Block B in the Bagtyjarlyk Contractual Area, Lebap velayat, Turkmenistan.

Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender, which must include the following documents and information:

·     Application on participation in Tender.

·     Brief introduction about company with background, main activity/business, legal status, Company registration and licensing information.

·     Company financial status for the last three years.

·     Experience in provision of the similar projects for the last five years.

·     Provision the certificate of Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

·     Company official letter concerning the Willingness to Bid Bond, in case of passed prequalification process and participated in Tender.

Deadline for submission of applications within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Prequalification documents of the interested companies shall be prepared in English and Russian languages, and be submitted in book binding format, in sealed stamped packages with the signed cover letter (in quantity of 2 copies and the scanned version of the document also has to be without fail enclosed). Please specify the name of the addressee, sender, number and the name of the tender on cover of package.
