112 transactions were registered at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Businessmen from Russia and Uzbekistan bought polyethylene for foreign currency, and businessmen from the United States and Switzerland bought aviation kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

Also, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, denim, cotton yarn were sold for foreign currency. Purchasing countries: Russia, USA, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, etc.

The total amount of transactions exceeded USD 6 million.

For manat funds, representatives of the business circles of the UAE, Pakistan, Switzerland, Turkey and others purchased a hand-made carpet and cotton yarn. The total amount of transactions exceeded 7.68 million manat.

Domestic entrepreneurs purchased high density polyethylene (SC "Turkmengas") for the local market, as well as hand-made carpets for a total amount of over 60 million 643 thousand manat.
