 The scientific-practical conference “Priority areas of science and education in the development of the oil and gas industry” was held at the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.

 The forum, timed to coincide with the Day of Science, was attended by scientists and specialists from the State Concern “Turkmengas”, the State Concern “Turkmengeology”, the Institute of Chemistry and the Center for Technology of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, as well as teachers and students of the International University of Oil and Gas named after.  Yagshygeldy Kakaev.

 In his speech, Rakhmetnur Aymammedov, Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the State Concern “Turkmengas”, noted the fruitful results of the implementation of such tasks as the development of the oil and gas industry at the world level, providing its material and technical base with the latest achievements of science and technology, and intensifying international relations in priority areas.  Scientific research in this area, the development of new technologies and their use.

 During the conference, speeches were made by the chairman of the primary organization of trade unions of the institute Murad Bayramgylydzhov – “Features of treating a high-temperature carbonate reservoir with an acid solution”, engineer of the industrial geology department of the institute Selbiniyaz Sapargeldiyeva – “The energy of the future – hydrogen energy”, senior lecturer of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldy Kakaev Ogulgerek  Bayramdurdyeva – “The role of innovative technologies in the development of scientific and engineering thought of young scientists”, Nazar Nizamedinova, a postgraduate student of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences “Development of effective methods for tar deasphalting” and other specialists.

 The performances of artists of the Cultural and Business Center of the House of Culture “Turkmengas” during the forum contributed to the creation of an atmosphere of festive celebration, the final chord of which was the honoring of especially distinguished specialists.

 For effective work in order to develop the oil and gas industry based on the achievements of science and technology, the Council of the Trade Union of Workers of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan and the primary organization of trade unions of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas presented them with memorable gifts.
