23 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Representatives of business circles from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan purchased polypropylene produced at the technological installations of the SC “Turkmennebit” for foreign currency.
Also, for foreign currency, entrepreneurs from China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan purchased bed linen sets, cotton and denim fabric, cotton yarn, Portland cement, cotton fiber, as well as regenerated fiber from textile waste.
The total amount of transactions amounted to over 8 million 337 thousand US dollars.
Local entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene (SC “Turkmennebit”) for the domestic market in the amount of 4 million 800 thousand manats.
