“I am immensely proud and happy that I became a participant in the historical forum, traditionally held in our country on the eve of the holiday of sacred independence. In the speech of the respected President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, attention was paid to the further development of the fuel and energy complex and specific tasks were set.
“As the head of state emphasized, ‘The development of the oil and gas industry of our country, which has rich reserves of energy resources, the diversification of natural gas supplies to world markets and the processing of oil and gas resources for the manufacture of high-quality products that meet international standards are important directions of the energy strategy of our independent state.’
“The respected President identified the completion of the construction of the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India gas pipeline, the attraction of foreign investments to the development of promising areas of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea and the implementation of big production projects, the development of gas science and practice, the introduction of new technologies, the modernization of technical drilling opportunities, the expansion of the scale of deep processing of hydrocarbon resources at a higher level, the exchange of experience with leading foreign companies in introducing digital technologies and seismic and geological exploration as key vectors of the development of the oil and gas industry.
“Thanks to the far-sighted policy initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty and now implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the production capacity of the fuel and energy complex is being increased, enterprises are being supplied with modern equipment and advanced digital and environmentally friendly technologies, and international cooperation is developing.
“The tasks set before the domestic fuel and energy complex are a guide to action for the employees of the Türkmengaz State Concern, who will use their knowledge, experience and labor to successfully solve them.
“One of the important events of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was the solemn ceremony of conferring the title “Hero of Turkmenistan” on the respected President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. This high award is evidence of the recognition by the Turkmen people of the enormous merits of the head of our state in the achievements of independent and permanently neutral Turkmenistan in the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State.
