The issues of development of Turkmen-Kyrgyz interaction and partnership within the CIS were discussed today in Bishkek by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at a meeting with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, TDH reports.
The meeting took place during the working visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the capital of Kyrgyzstan – the city of Bishkek.
The parties discussed the development of Turkmen-Kyrgyz interaction in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. One of the topics of the negotiations was the development of partnership within the Commonwealth of Independent States, the news agency notes.
Also, the heads of Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan exchanged views on issues of global and regional politics of mutual interest.
