 During the visit to Saudi Arabia, the delegation of Turkmenistan held negotiations on cooperation in the oil and gas and chemical sectors, green energy, and project financing, according to the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

 During the visit, the delegation of Turkmenistan held negotiations at the Ministry of Energy of Saudi Arabia.  At the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries in the oil, gas and chemical fields, including renewable energy sources, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

 There was also a meeting between the head of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rahimberdy Jepbarov, and the executive director of the Saudi Development Fund, Sultan Al Marshad, during which issues related to the financing of social projects in Turkmenistan were discussed.

 As part of the visit, the Turkmen delegation also held a meeting with representatives of the Saudi Arabia Global Pipeline Company.
