Last week, 28 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased ECO 93 gasoline and polyethylene goods produced at the technological installations of the State Concern (Türkmenhimiýa State Concern) and those from Georgia - oil road bitumen (Türkmennebit State Concern).
In addition, for foreign currency, cotton yarn and cotton lint were sold. Buying countries were the UAE, Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of transactions amounted to over 85 million 547 thousand US dollars.
For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased base oil, mixed paraffin slack (Türkmennebit State Concern), float glass, handmade carpets and cotton lint. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 56 million 179 thousand manats.
