“Huge political experience and valuable thoughts shared by our national leader in this truly historical and philosophical work will become a spiritual help for all Turkmen citizens along the way to achieving the lofty goals of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State.
“In this work, the heroic history of the Turkmen people is inextricably linked with the modern development of the country. It speaks of achievements in various fields, due to which our Motherland has become a powerful state, enjoying great prestige in the world.
“It is important to note that the Hero-Arkadag, through the entire narrative of his fate, inextricably linked with the fate of the Motherland, reveals the idea that the defining vector of the development of our state is the social one.
“Making huge investments in production, including the oil and gas sphere, is conditioned by the desire of Turkmenistan to achieve advanced development parameters and to take its rightful place among the developed countries of the world.
