As part of the International Forum to attract foreign investment in the energy sector of Turkmenistan TEIF-2024, which will be held on April 24-25 in Paris, a number of cultural events will be held dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great Turkmen poet, philosopher and humanist Magtymguly Fragi.
They are organized by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan together with the embassy of our country in France and the permanent mission of Turkmenistan to UNESCO.
In particular, on April 24, a concert of the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan will take place at the UNESCO headquarters. The program will include the national dance Kushtdepdi and performances by traditional singers and storytellers Bakhshi. This event will solemnly celebrate the legacy of Magtymguly Fragi, and will also become a platform for the exchange of ideas between forum participants. It is designed to deepen understanding of the cultural heritage of Turkmenistan and contribute to strengthening international relations.
In addition, an exhibition dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet will be open at UNESCO headquarters from April 22 to 26.
The organizers of TEIF-2024 are the State Concerns “Turkmennebit”, “Turkmengas”, in partnership with the “Turkmen Forum” and the British GaffneyCline. More than 200 delegates have already registered to participate in the discussion of promising investment opportunities, as well as the exchange of experience and knowledge in the energy sector.
TEIF-2024 will become a key platform for forming strategies for the development of the energy sector of Turkmenistan and attracting new investments. The registration deadline for delegates not requiring a Schengen visa is 19 April, and for online participation is 20 April.
Roadmap approved to study the issue of accession of Turkmenistan to the Global Methane Commitment
