 Representatives of the State Concerns «Turkmengas» and «Turkmennebit» took part in an online meeting held the other day between the leadership of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and Qatar.

 Representatives of the Ministry of Textile Industry, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the State Association «Turkmenhaly» also participated in the meeting from the Turkmen side, the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan reports.  The Qatari side was also represented by the heads of a number of companies of this Middle Eastern state.

 The meeting participants discussed issues of preparation for holding bilateral business forums and round tables, as well as the implementation of joint projects.

 During the conversation, the parties came to a decision to hold business negotiations between Turkmenistan and Qatar on a permanent basis.
