Turkmen products worth more than $108 million were sold at exchange trading for export

 The mobile exchange trading held within the framework of the Central Asian Economic Forum and the exhibition of goods from the countries of the region resulted in 113 transactions for the supply of Turkmen products.

 The total amount of transactions amounted to $108 million 898 thousand 647.86 US dollars and 3 million 604 thousand 915 Turkmen manats, ORIENT reported with reference to the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

 The most active traders from Central Asia were entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan.  They concluded 11 deals for the amount of about $6 million 628 thousand US dollars.

 Businessmen from Uzbekistan signed four contracts worth more than $1 million 159 thousand US dollars.

 The largest number of transactions was registered in the petrochemistry section – 84 contracts for a total amount of over $100 million 744 thousand US dollars.  Buyers – companies from the UAE, Great Britain, Germany, Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Russian Federation, Turkey, etc.

 Gasoline A-92 and gasoline EKO 93, aviation kerosene TS-1, hydrotreated diesel fuel EKO-5, liquefied gas, fuel oil, petroleum coke were in particular demand in this segment.

 In the section of building materials, 4 deals were concluded with Uzbek and Turkish businessmen for the purchase of colorless glass and Portland cement of Turkmen production.  The amount of contracts is over $609 thousand US dollars.

 In the light industry segment, 19 transactions were registered for a total amount of more than $7 million 515 thousand US dollars and one transaction in national currency – for 3 million 600 thousand manat.  Cotton yarn, flannel and denim were purchased by enterprises from the UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Turkey.

Turkish company to build new gas compressor station in Turkmenistan

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the State Concern "Turkmengas" to enter into a contract with Çalik Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Republic of Turkey) for the design, construction and equipping of the Shatlyk-1 gas compressor station in Mary velayat with the necessary equipment and commissioning, TDH reports.
