President of Turkmenistan appoints General Director of TCOR

Dovran Gurbangeldyevich Chishiev was appointed General Director of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. The corresponding decree was signed last Friday by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Previously, D.Chishiev worked as Acting General Director of CJSC "Nebitgazhyzmat".
At an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 3 this year, the President dismissed Batyr Amanov, Director General of the TCOR, appointing him the Minister of State - Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmengas".
The temporary execution of the duties of the general director of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries has so far been assigned to the chief engineer of this enterprise.
TCOR is the largest oil and gas refinery in Turkmenistan. The complex produces unleaded gasoline, aviation and technical kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil, lubricating oils, polypropylene, heating oil, light gas oil, petroleum coke, liquefied gas, construction and road bitumen and other petroleum products that form the basis of the country's export potential.
The TCOR includes the Turkmenbashi and Seydi oil refineries, the Kenar enterprise for the storage and shipment of petroleum products and other structural divisions.
During the first half of the year, the TCOR processed 2 million 946 thousand tons of crude oil, the plan was fulfilled by 103%.
