The State Concern «Turkmennebit» at its own expense will conclude a contract with the company «KING EASE LIMITED» (PRC) for the purchase of 2309 tons of drill pipes of various sizes.
The relevant resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, authorizing the conclusion of this contract, was published on Saturday in the central media of our country.
Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shakhym Abdrakhmanov reported on the preparation of the draft resolution to the head of state at a government meeting last Friday. The Vice-Chairman noted that the purchased pipe products are planned to be used in the overhaul of oil and gas wells.
After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that with the implementation of the accelerated development of oil and gas fields in the country, the drilling of new wells creates all conditions for equipping this complex with modern equipment and technical installations.
Having signed the submitted resolution, the head of state instructed the vice-premier to keep its implementation under strict control.
