The branch institute of S.C.”Turkmengas” prepared for publication a new scientific collection

The collection of articles "Scientific foundations of the development of the oil and gas industry" has been prepared for publication by the natural gas research Institute of the state concern "Turkmengas". 

The publication is intended for a wide range of specialists in the field of fuel and energy, teachers and students of specialized universities. The collection includes the work of employees of a sectoral research institute, faculty of the International University of Petroleum Gas, as well as specialists of the concern. Six sections of the publication introduce achievements and relevant research in the field of geology, geophysics and hydrogeology, drilling of oil and gas wells, development and operation of gas and gas condensate fields, processing of raw materials, as well as the operation of field equipment. The collection also includes the work of scientists on the introduction of energy-saving technologies and a selection of articles on the analysis of industry development trends.

Demand for oil in 2021 increased by 5.5 million barrels per day, and in 2022 it will increase by 3.3 million bpd, Interfax and Bloomberg report citing a report by the International Energy Agency (IEA).
