A scientific and practical conference was held at the International Oil and Gas University on the topic of training highly qualified engineering and technical personnel, based on the development prospects of our country. 170 speakers from among the teaching staff of the university and students spoke in six thematic sections.

As the speakers noted, today all conditions have been created in Turkmenistan for young people to receive modern education and train highly qualified specialists. In higher educational institutions, through the efforts of specialists, faculty, as well as students, a program for the network of digital education has been prepared.

Thanks to the introduction of digital technologies, remote lectures and video conferences with the participation of foreign partners are regularly organized in universities. The introduction of digital education will increase human capital and attract innovative resources to the economy and other areas for the benefit of the prosperity of society and the progress of the country.
