The “smart” city of Arkadag was awarded 21 international certificates

 At the opening ceremony of the “smart” city of Arkadag, 21 international certificates were awarded in a solemn atmosphere, confirming achievements in various fields.

 Among them: Certificate of Appreciation from the Economic Cooperation Organization for the high-quality construction of a modern city with the optimization of technologies, functions and resources to improve the quality of life of the population;  Special certificate “City of the XXI century” of the international organization of Turkic culture (TURKSOY);  Certificate “The First Smart City of the Turkic World” from the Organization of Turkic States;  Diploma from the International Assembly of capitals and large cities of the CIS;  a special award from the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World;  UNIDO certificate for contribution to the creation of a smart city using digital technologies to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development and achieve the 2030 Agenda, etc.

 The "smart" city of Arkadag was also awarded special certificates by UNEP, ESCAP, UN Habitat, the Global Green Growth Institute, the Central Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the A. Nazarov Institute of Geophysics and Engineering Seismology of the National Academy  Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, a diploma from the International Association of Unions of Architects.

 The Guinness Book of Records certificate “The most numerous gardening lesson with the participation of 539 people” was also awarded.

 Certificates were received by the multidisciplinary hospital of the city of Arkadag – from KTQ International (Germany) and from Philips (Netherlands).  Congratulatory messages on the occasion of the opening of a “smart city” with implemented digital systems were sent by the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education, the Organization of the League of Arab States for Education, Culture and Science.
