President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held another meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital system on May 10, where a number of national life issues were addressed.
During the meeting, the Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Batyr Amanov, reported on the measures being implemented to strengthen the material-technical base of the supervised sectors, particularly the State Concern "Turkmengas".
It was reported that in order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of production enterprises within the fuel and energy complex, practical steps are being taken to regularly supply them with the necessary resources. Additionally, efforts are being made to modernize and enhance the capacities of divisions in this sector, to update equipment and technology, and to implement modern technologies.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov highlighted the significant role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and instructed the Vice-Chairman to take appropriate measures to further strengthen the material-technical base and export potential of this sector.
