Thirty-three transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Georgia purchased for foreign currency hydrotreated diesel fuel, aviation and lighting kerosene, petroleum bitumen and low-sulfur fuel oil, produced at the technological installations of the Türkmennebit State Concern, and urea and carbon black, produced by the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern.
Businessmen from the UAE, Türkiye, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan purchased gray cotton fabric, denim and cotton yarn for foreign currency too.
The total amount of transactions exceeded 77 million 668 thousand US dollars.
Domestic entrepreneurs purchased petroleum bitumen (Türkmennebit State Concern) for the domestic market and handmade carpets. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 5 million 634 thousand manats.
