President of Turkmenistan: the enterprises of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” should be used at full capacity

On May 25, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, the agenda of which included a number of public policy issues.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the measures being implemented outlined in the Action Plan for the implementation of work at the production facilities of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”.
In accordance with the main objectives defined in the Plan, practical steps are being taken to maintain process equipment in good condition, reconstruct oil pipelines, ensure reliable transportation of produced oil, carry out major overhauls of relevant installations at some gas compressor stations in the country, as well as modernize existing oil refining facilities and build new ones.
Along with this, work is underway to supply them with the necessary spare parts and provide specialized structures with technical equipment.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that it is necessary to achieve the full capacity utilization of production enterprises subordinate to the State Concern “Turkmennebit”. The Vice-Chairman was also instructed to constantly monitor the technical condition of oil refining facilities and, if necessary, carry out their repairs.
