The results of the fuel and energy complex for five months of 2024 were discussed at a government meeting

 On June 7, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, at which the results of the work of sectors of the national economy for five months of the current year were reviewed.

 During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the results of work to increase oil and gas production volumes, as well as to expand energy supply routes to the world market for January–May 2024.

 It was reported on the technical and economic indicators achieved in the field of oil and gas condensate production, in particular, it was reported that the State Concern «Turkmennebit» had fulfilled the plan at the level of 102.6 percent.

 Information was also provided on the implementation of the plan for oil processing at oil refineries, which amounted to 102.9 percent.

 During the period under review, the plan for the production of gasoline was fulfilled by 100.7%, diesel fuel by 100%, polypropylene by 100%, and lubricating oils by 120.9%.

 Along with this, technical and economic indicators achieved in the production of liquefied gas, production of natural and associated gas, and supplies of “blue fuel” abroad were reported.

 After listening to the report, the President of Turkmenistan focused on the importance of 100% implementation of the planned plans for the production of natural gas and oil in the country, as well as ensuring the operation of industrial enterprises in the industry at full capacity.

 In this regard, noting the need to constantly improve the activities of the fuel and energy complex, the head of state Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed the Vice-Chairman with relevant instructions.
