Today, a reporting meeting was held in the Central building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, chaired by the Vice Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Myratgeldi Meredov, at which the results of the work of industry enterprises for six months of 2020, held under the motto "Turkmenistan - the Homeland of neutrality," were discussed. At the meeting, important aspects of implementation tasks assigned to the oil and gas complex at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on July 3 this year. Opening the meeting, Vice Prime Minister M. Meredov noted that in connection with the unfavorable epidemiological situation in the world, the sanitary and sanitary facilities of our country’s oil and gas sector must be observed preventive rules. Appropriate preventive measures are necessary to maintain a favorable situation in our country. The meeting was also attended by State Minister - Chairman of S.C. “Turkmengas” B. Amanov, Chairman of S.C. Turkmennebit G. Baigeldyev, Chairman of “Turkmengeology” State Corporation M. Rozyyev, Acting Director General of TCOR T. Tagaev, General Director of CJSC “Turkmengas” “Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company” M. Pirliev, as well as heads of departments and enterprises of the complex. In their speeches, heads of enterprises and institutions of the complex spoke about the sequential increase in integrated work at the Galkynysh and Dovletabat fields, about work in the field of developing new wells and increasing the productivity of existing fields of Uzynada, Altyguyy, Goturdepe. Information was also provided on the progress in the implementation of joint work with “Tatneft”, the company “Yugneftegaz”, analysis of production and economic indicators for the development of capital investments in the extraction of natural gas, oil, oil products, implementation of innovative technologies, attraction of mutually beneficial foreign investments, gasification to the industry population. The ongoing construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline in the Turkmen sector was also reported. The report included information on the implementation of research and design - exploration work carried out by specialists of the “Turkmengas” State Research Institute of Natural Gas and the “Nebitgazylmytaslama” Institute “Turkmenneft” Group of Companies. At the end of the meeting, Vice Prime Minister M. Meredov wished the participants success in their work, stressing the need to improve the activities of each manager at the enterprises of the complex for the effective implementation of the tasks set by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to our country's oil and gas industry.
