The Tender Commission of the Hazar Consortium on behalf of the Hazar Consortium, consisting of СJSC Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company and the Mitro International Limited Company and operating in accordance with the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement with regard to the Hazar Contractual Territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a TENDER for the purchase of 3 (three) sets of ESP units from global manufacturers, complete with ground equipment and additional equipment and materials required for the operation and repair of ESP units for their introduction into wells at the Eastern Cheleken field after hydraulic fracturing, under the following Lot: 

Lot No. 1. 3 (three) sets of ESP units from world manufacturers, complete with ground equipment and additional equipment and materials required for the operation and repair of ESP units for their introduction into wells at the Eastern Cheleken field. 

To participate in the tender and to receive the tender terms within ten calendar days (until 6:00 p.m. local time) from the date of publication of this ANNOUNCEMENT in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, it is necessary to do the following: 

1. To pay the fee for participation in the tender. 

The amount of the fee for participation in the tender is 250.00 USD (Two hundred and fifty US dollars). VAT is not charged in accordance with the terms of the PSA and the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.
