Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan intend to strengthen cooperation in the gas industry

The State Concern «Turkmengas» and the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan signed a Memorandum of Intent to Strengthen Cooperation in the Gas Industry.
This document was signed following the talks between the State Minister of Turkmenistan – Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmengas» Maksat Babayev and the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Almasadam Satkaliyev on the sidelines of the Investment Forum TIF-2024, held in Ashgabat on September 10-11.
During the talks, the parties discussed cooperation between the two countries in the gas industry and the possibility of participating in joint projects, expressed confidence that through joint efforts they will be able to bring mutually beneficial cooperation to a new level of strategic partnership.
