President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government of Turkmenistan and himself, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang, as well as to the friendly people of the country on the occasion of the Day of the Proclamation of the People's Republic of China.

As noted in the message of Serdar Berdimuhamedov, «today China is confidently following the path of progress and prosperity in all spheres of life, meeting this significant holiday with tremendous successes in socio-economic development, in the field of improving the well-being of the people and strengthening authority in the international arena».
 «The long-term and strategic relations between our countries have recently become noticeably more active, filling with new content, the head of state emphasizes, expressing confidence that friendly, good-neighborly Turkmen-Chinese relations will continue to develop in an ascending direction for the common good». Taking this opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the Chairman of the PRC and the Premier of the State Council of the Republic good health, happiness and success in their work, and the friendly people of China – peace, well-being and prosperity.

Commercial gas inflow was obtained at the new well of the Galkynysh field

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a resolution on the establishment of an intersectoral commission to reduce methane emissions. This decision was made by the head of state during a government meeting held on Friday.
