Turkmenistan delegation to attend annual meeting of IMF and World Bank

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a delegation of Turkmenistan to the United States from October 22 to 26 to attend the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The corresponding order of the head of state was published on October 22 in the central media of Turkmenistan.

As noted in the document, this decision was made «in light of the growing investment interest of major international monetary funds and a number of investment companies around the world in the further development of the city of Arkadag, the establishment of modern production facilities, the modernization of transport infrastructure, consultations and exchange of experience in these areas».
