President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations to Donald Trump on his election as President of the United States.

In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan highly values the current level of relations with the United States of America and attaches great importance to the consistent expansion of bilateral cooperation based on the traditional principles of equality, mutual respect and protection of mutual interests.

The head of state expressed confidence that friendship, mutual understanding and interested partnership relations between the two countries will continue to strengthen for the benefit of the two peoples.
