China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-24096-SR for provision of   drilling services at “Bagtiyarlyk” Сontract Territory.

   Any company interested in participating in this tender can provide application, which must include following documents and information:

1.Brief information about the company, including registration information of the company.

2.Information about the company's successful drilling services experience and cementing services experience in gas fields with high-pressure, high-risk and high-hydrogen sulfide over the past three years.

3.Information about the company's work of drilling services and cementing services currently.

4.The current location and performance status of the drilling rigs provided for this tender.

5.The financial condition of the company over the past three years.

6.For local company, it is necessary to provide copy certificate of registration in Union of Entrepreneur and Industrialist of Turkmenistan.  

Deadline for submission of applications within ten (10) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Pre-qualification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and Russian languages, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (2 paper copies and fully scanned version of document required). On the envelope must be printed name of receiver, name of sender, number and name of tender.
