State Concern «Turkmennebit» to sign a contract with HO «Iner» for housing construction

State Concern «Turkmennebit» has been allowed to sign a contract with HO «Iner» for the design and construction with the development of adjacent territories of four 4-storey buildings with 40 apartments in each along Rukhnama Street in the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan region.

The corresponding decree on this was signed by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

According to the document, construction work will begin in November 2024, and the facilities will be commissioned in November 2026.

This decision is aimed at the successful implementation of the tasks defined in the «Program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and investments in 2024». It is also intended to improve the social and living conditions of the population and provide them with modern residential buildings.
