China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd.» Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-24038-MR on purchasing of oil for BCS Production Department (Block A) for CNPCI Turkmenistan, Lebap region, Turkmenistan.

Any company interested in participating in this tender can provide application, which must include following documents and information:

1.Brief information about the company, including company registration information (license, certificates with organization code, certificate of tax registration, etc.).

2. Financial status of the company for the last three years, including audits.

3.Company official letter concerning the Willingness to Bid Bond, in case of passed prequalification process and participated in Tender..

4. A letter of commitment guaranteeing that the activities of the organization will not be suspended; a license (or revocation of a license); entry into liquidation procedure; declaring bankruptcy or other loss of profit. As well as guarantees of fulfillment of all terms of the contract.

5. For local company, it is necessary to provide copy certificate of registration in Union of Entrepreneur and Industrialist of Turkmenistan.

Deadline for submission of applications within ten (10) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Pre-qualification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and Russian languages, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (2 paper copies and fully scanned version of document required). On the envelope must be printed name of receiver, name of sender, number and name of tender.
