The President of Turkmenistan approved the List of exhibitions, fairs, conferences and festivals for 2025

The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution approving the List of exhibitions, fairs, conferences and festivals scheduled to be held by ministries and departments in 2025. The composition of the organizational commission for their implementation was also approved.

These events are aimed at widely covering the socio-economic reforms carried out in the country, building up Turkmenistan's multifaceted ties with foreign countries, scaling up the introduction of modern technologies into production, exchanging best practices and attracting investment in economic sectors.

According to the document, ministries and departments are instructed to ensure that relevant events are held at a high organizational level.

Turkmenistan Advances TAPI Energy Project with Strong Commitment to International Law

Turkmenistan is making significant progress on the TAPI natural gas pipeline, which aims to supply 33 billion cubic meters annually to South Asia. Speaking at the Turkmen Energy Investment Forum (TEIF 2024) currently being held in Paris, Muhammetmyrat Amanov of TAPI Pipeline Company Limited highlighted that the Turkmenistan section of the pipeline is complete and the ongoing discussions to advance the project beyond Turkmenistan are in strict alignment with international standards.

Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Batyr Amanov spoke about the progress in the implementation of the project for the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) transnational gas pipeline at the plenary session of the International Forum on attracting foreign investment in the energy sector of Turkmenistan, which opened on Wednesday in Paris.

The international energy and commodity trading company Vitol (Netherlands) has signed an agreement with the Azerbaijan State Oil Company SOCAR to transport 1 million tons of Turkmen oil per year via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline since October 2021, Energy Diary reported.
