On January 10, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on a digital system, where various issues of the country's life were considered, TDH reports.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Batyr Amanov reported on the state of affairs in the oil and gas complex.
As noted, work is underway at the oil wells of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" to reconstruct and build new structures used in oil production.
Along with this, the industry structures of the oil and gas complex are taking the necessary measures to ensure the smooth functioning of production facilities, the widespread introduction of modern methods and technologies.
In this regard, a corresponding proposal was submitted to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for consideration.
Summarizing the report, the head of state emphasized the importance of increasing oil production volumes, improving the industry's infrastructure, and the widespread introduction of advanced technologies in production.
Having supported the prepared proposal, the President of Turkmenistan instructed the Vice-Chairmanl to carry out the relevant work.
