Also, over the past period, about 109.6 thousand tons of diesel fuel, about 23.6 thousand tons of heavy vacuum gas oil, and more than 19 thousand tons of road bitumen were produced.  These types of oil products are in high demand in the domestic and foreign markets, so high results have been achieved in their implementation.

The head of state pays close attention to the issues of the country's oil and gas sector. As a result, the material and technical base of the Seydi Oil Refinery is regularly strengthened. In recent years, a number of large-scale projects for the radical reconstruction of the enterprise have been successfully implemented.

At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on November 29, 2024 via digital communication, the President supported the proposal to modernize the plant's water supply system and instructed to carry out appropriate work in this area.

- The main goal of our oil refiners is to successfully implement the tasks set by the President for the industrialization of the country, achieving a new level of quality of life for the population. As a result of purposeful work, we managed to complete the year with great labor successes, - says Ahmet Annamuradov, chairman of the primary trade union organization of the plant.
