China National Petroleum Corporation «International Ltd. » Turkmenistan branch is going to make the pre-qualification process to Tender №. CIT-24127-SR on return of rotary assembling of widening compressor from GPP-2 to manufacturer for execution of maintenance for CNPCI Turkmenistan.

Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender, which must include the following documents and information:

1. Application for participation in the tender.

2. Brief information about the company, indicating the main types of activities/business, the full name of the company and the legal status, structure and organization.  Information about the local registration and licensing of the company.

3. The financial condition of the company for the last 3 years, as well as certified and certified financial statements for the last 3 years.

4. Provide information on the implementation of two similar projects (works) for the return and maintenance of equipment in the oil and gas industry over the past five years.

5.Company official letter concerning the Willingness to Bid Bond, in case of passed prequalification process and participated in Tender..

6. A letter of commitment signed by a legal representative or an authorized representative and sealed with an official seal, confirming that the license has not been suspended or revoked, that it has not been liquidated, that it has not been declared bankrupt or otherwise unable to fulfill contracts.

7. Cooperation agreement with Atlas Copco (Germany), the manufacturer of this equipment (the rotor assembly of the expansion compressor GPP-2).

8. Certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for local companies.

   Deadline for submission of applications within ten (10) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

   Pre-qualification documents must be prepared by companies in both English and Russian languages, and the descriptions must be bound and numbered, in hermetically sealed envelopes, certified seals and with cover letters (2 paper copies and fully scanned version of document required). On the envelope must be printed name of receiver, name of sender, number and name of tender.
