On behalf of the tender commission, the Turkmengaz State Concern announces the pre-qualification selection of the international tender

for the development of a preliminary project and feasibility study for the introduction of SMART meters and SCADA systems in the production processes of “Türkmengazüpjünçiligi”.

To the address: Floor 17, Turkmengaz State Concern, 56, Archabil Shayoly, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, you are proposed to do the following:

-   to submit a written application (applications are accepted only from companies with experience in the specified field. Applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the pre-qualification selection, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, bank details and information about the company's activities (main activities, experience in similar projects, etc.);

-   to be acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan “On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services for state needs”;

Qualification documents are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of the announcement in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, but not later than 04:00 p.m. local time on the 30th working day. 

Qualification documents received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted.
